03. Are SBSP PROGRAMMEs Recognized by UGC ?
No. SBSP is not Recognized by UGC/AICTE/any Statutory Council, but the CERTIFICATION issued by SBSP can be REGISTERED for EMPLOYMENT in the EMPLOYMENT EXCHANGES of any State/UT of India as per the instructions of DGET, Ministry of Labour & Employment, Government of India..
04. Is SBSP awarding Degrees ?
No. SBSP is not awarding any DEGREES, but it is providing only VALUE-ADDED PROGRAMMES in different levels of Study, after proper Training, Examinations and Evaluation for enhancing the hidden employability skills of the students.
05. Can you say that these PROGRAMMES are equivalent to UNIVERSITY DEGREES of concerned subjects for Employment in Private/Public Sector?
It depends upon the discretion of the Employer. Some of the Software Companies and other Employers are providing Employment opportunities in India/UAE /other Countries, treating these Programmes as equivalent to other relevant Degrees. However, we never give any guarantee for this as this facility may be possible in very few of Companies/Organizations under case to case basis and as per the Appointment/ Promotion rules of the Company (Thoese may be different from Company to Company)
06. Can SBSP PROGRAMMES be accepted in other Colleges/Universities for higher educational Opportunities?
It depends upon the sole discretion of the managements of the other Colleges/Universities only, and as per their Admission regulations, It may be possible in some of the Colleges /Universities of Abroad Countries. However, SBSP never give any guarantee for this.
07. Is SBSP following the Syllabus of UGC for it’s Programmes ?
Yes. Each Programme is designed by keeping an eye on the Syllabi & Nomenclatures that are prescribed by either UGC or relevant Government Certifying Bodies to maintain common standards. In addition to this, we may incorporate some more new trends & techniques also for the immense benefit of our students from time to time.
08. How SBSP PROGRAMMES are helpful to the students?
SBSP Programmes are fully knowledge oriented. Skill oriented. Job oriented. Hence, these Value-Added Programs are very much helpful to the students, who wish to learn a new subject thoroughly in both Theory & Practical modules, which ultimately provide them with a good job in Private Sector. Especially, most of the students are getting skill-oriented jobs in Gulf /Abroad countries.
09. Can SBSP CERTIFICATION be ATTESTED by Ministry of External Affairs (MEA), Government of India and as well as other Embassies?
Yes, it is admitted fact that the Private Certification can also be Attested by Mantralaya-Mumbai (State Government, Maha Rashtra), MEA & many Countries (Embassies). For some (Hague Convention) Countries, Embassy Attestation is also not necessary, but only MEA's Attestation (Apostle) is enough.

10. Can SBSP CERTIFICATION be registered in Employment Exchanges of India?
As a matter of fact, Government of India made out a very great policy to help the poor students, who underwent training for the Skill-Oriented Value-Added Programmes in Private Autonomous Certifying Bodies by allowing them to register their names in any Employment exchange functioning under any State/UT of India to obtain a suitable job. As such we can say that our CERTIFICATION is very much APPROVED & ALLOWED by Government of India for the EMPLOYMENT REGISTRATION.
